I started to work in the IT world very soon, when I was 21. At 26 I was already a manager and I matured almost 35 years of experience in a variety of positions and Companies. I have always been committed to being the best at what I was doing, and this meant not ever save time and effort: study, work long hours, dare to experiment, don't blindly follow the path already marked, travel, keep an open mind and always learn from everyone I meet. I am very curious and passionate about science and technology, so what I did in my private life in someway also contributed to build competences useful for my work.

We want to do our best in every assignment we undertake, and we have many references that can witness this. If you feel unconfident, we are available to discuss a contract where part of the fee will be paid only if and when specific objectives and targets will be met ("success fee").

Let me say that probably the most valuable thing we can do for your Company is to listen to you, understand your situation, your style and story, your strategy and struggles and then very honestly and frankly tell you where are the "black spots" according to our experience and perception, and which interventions we think can be valuable for you, if any. We will tell you immediately if we feel we can deliver a top quality service in response to your needs, and if the answer is "no" then we will tell you in advance and you will save time and money. We don't think we are the cure-all of companies; we feel we are very good in management consultancy, in most of the arguments related to ICT and its implementation, in many marketing activities, in training on specific topics... we don't want to do other activities, we want to focus on what we do best: listen to you and respond to your needs in those areas.

All our contracts include a very clear description of what we will do, timing, costs and so on. This means also a very clear SLA (Service Level Agreement) that will give you a guarantee of our availability according to your needs. Let me add that we never failed to answer an emergency call from one of our Clients, without caring of when and where we were, no matter if it was part of the SLA or not!

It can vary considerably depending on the topic of the session and the level of training. In general anyway we consider that a maximnum of 12 to 15 people should not be exceeded in order to give everyone the possibility to learn, interact, ask questions and so on.

You cannot avoid to do certain things and perform certain operations even if your Company is small: you need to decide what to use your computers for, now and in the future (ITIL: Service Catalog, Service Strategy), how to support your users and keep infrastructure under control (ITIL: Incident and problem management, Event management), how to assign privileges on data (ITIL: Access management), you want that any project started by a team, no matter how "core" for your business, delivers its expected results on time and within budget, you surely don't want that a malware sneaks into your network or see all your valuable data lost in case of an adverse event.... Whatever you have to do, no matter if you are big or small, do it the right way! A famous enterpreneur once said: start small, but think big.
When your Company will be grown up, doing things according to "best practices" will be already part of its DNA and it will reach excellence without additional efforts.

We believe to be different, and we can prove it. Depending on the type and scope of the assignment, we normally prefer to work together with personnel of the Client, so that our competences and knowledge on the specific topic are transferred to the Client organization and become part of its assets. One of the services we offer is "Mentoring and coaching", and this is a natural consequence of our way to work with our Clients. Regarding cost and value for money, we are sure that our cost is far less than not resolving a problem due to lack of people and competences, or don't complete a project, or don't fulfill a vacant managerial position to avoid hiring a full time executive or to waste the money spent in a Company event not caring about all details and quality of messages... Don't forget that we will draw up a contract with you defining the level of service you have the right to expect from us (SLA) and an economic agreement based on targets achievement, if necessary.

We built our experience in multinational companies, and we are used to consider cultural differencies, time zones, languages and different habits. Travelling is normal for us, and we use as much as possible technology wizardries like teleconference (GoToMeeting, Web-EX, FaceTime), remote assistance (Teamviewer, CrossLoop), Instant Messaging (Lync, Skype), time management tools (Outlook, Doodle), data sharing platforms (Dropbox, Skydrive, Wuala) and so on. We work in English, French, Italian, Spanish and... the world is our stage!
